🎈 10 AM – Block Party begins
🚩 10 AM – Parade starts on Kansas Street from Heritage Middle School
📜 12 PM – Reading of the Declaration of Independence
⭐ 12:15 PM – Unveiling of the newest Great American statue
🏁 1 PM – Event concludes and market closes
